Sometimes I cannot visit the grave sites of people that I love, so I take a photo. Some of the people I love are buried far away and I am not able to even take a photo.
That is when I turn to Find a Grave. There are volunteers who will take a photo for you. Maybe the photo has already been taken and posted. Check and see.
If there is no memorial already online for your loved one, think about posting one for someone else to find. i found my great grandfather just that way! I had been searching for years.
